Former model Janice Dickinson gets a helping hand from her daughter Savannah as she chokes on a piece of chewing gum blowing a bubble. The 'Surreal Life' star struggled as she coughed and spluttered after going out for lunch in Los Angeles, CA. But her young daughter was there to help as she held out her hand in case her mum needed to spit the piece of gum out. Dickinson wore no makeup as she braved the unusually cold California weather.
