The incident happened after the woman driver approached D'Angelo to talk to him about his 'bad driving'. She then reported him to police, who claim they had to use pepper spray to subdue him after confronting him at his Virginia home. He has now been charged with agressive driving, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and a local curse and abuse law and faces 12 months in prison if found guilty.
